  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your items are tracked and protected during transit back to our facility.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Legacybox kit or electronic accessories in their original packaging to prevent damage, ensuring all components are included.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
