Once you order your kit, we send you a reinforced box with prepaid shipping. You fill it with your old media—tapes, film, or photos—and send it back. Our team of professionals digitizes every item by hand and returns your originals along with your new digital files.
What types of media can I send in for digitization?
We support a wide range of formats including VHS tapes, Betamax, 8mm film, Super 8, 16mm film, 35mm slides, and all standard print photo sizes.
How long does it take to get my memories back?
The standard processing time is approximately 10 to 12 weeks. This ensures our technicians can carefully clean, digitize, and quality-check every piece of media in your order.
Is it safe to mail my one-of-a-kind originals?
Yes, we use a secure tracking system that allows you to monitor your Legacybox at every stage of the process. Each kit includes a pre-paid UPS shipping label for professional handling.
In what format will I receive my digital files?
You can choose to receive your digitized memories via a secure Cloud download, a custom Thumb Drive, or a set of DVDs, depending on your preference at checkout.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We stand by our quality with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If there is a technical issue with your digitization, we will re-scan the media at no additional cost to you.
